Spicy ’Nduja Tartar with Crudité and Grissini Dippers

Nduja-Paste

INGREDIENTS

Lupetta ’Nduja Paste 40g

Mayonnaise 100g

Fresh chopped coriander 20g

Finely diced red onion 20g

Mixed crudité and Lupa Grissini

 

METHOD

Mix all the tartar ingredients folding in gently so as not to smash the onion. Serve with the crudité and grissini.
