Today ’Nduja uses only the best pork from Calabrian pigs and a little fat. Added to this are typical Calabrian spicy red peppers which give it a real kick and locally sourced extra virgin olive oil from the Calabrian hills to make it spreadable. Free from any gluten or dairy, ’Nduja paste is ideal for spreading over warm rustic ciabatta or crostini as well as the perfect pizza topping, sandwich filling and pasta sauce ingredient.
