Delivery & Returns
Deliveries Over The Christmas Period:
During the Christmas Period, the delivery time could be more than 5 working days but we’ll do our best to get your deliveries to you ASAP.
We are close from the 22nd December 2017 until the 2nd January 2018
Any orders placed after the 20th will likely to be delivered in the new year.
The cost of delivery is £5.00 on orders up to the value of £30.00 and free on orders over £30.00, mainland UK only. Deliveries will be made between 9am to 6pm excluding weekends. (Please note next day delivery is not available to Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses.) Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 9 a.m. the previous day. For Northern Ireland the delivery cost is £23.00 on orders up to the value of £60.00 and free thereafter.
For Republic of Ireland deliveries the delivery cost is £30.00 on orders up to the value of £75.00 and free thereafter.
12. Returns and exchanges
On receipt of your order please inspect all goods to determine quality, quantity and condition. Failure to do this will render any future claims invalid. Claims related to the goods must be made promptly and notified to us within 24 hours of delivery. Damaged or wrongly delivered goods must be retained for our collection or inspection.
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason we will either refund your money or replace the item, provided that the cause of the complaint is deemed to be genuine. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way. All we ask is that you return the goods in their original condition with all original packaging and labels intact and we will issue you with a full refund of the amount (excl. shipping costs with the exception of faulty items) upon receipt of the goods to us.
Please note that unless a product is defective, all returned goods are sent at your cost and risk. We suggest that you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service which will allow you to insure the goods as well as obtain a signature upon delivery. No liability can be accepted for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
